Sometimes here at Tailgate Giant a particular customer orders an item and we choose to give the VIP Treatment for one particular reason or another. Singer Ryan Cabrera, of "On The Way Down" and "True" Fame, came to us looking for a set of Cornhole Boards to Use while on his MY2kTour with 98 Degrees, O-Town, and Dream.
We designed an awesome set of boards, but shipping a set of boards to a customer who's music tour is moving to a different city each day is tough and Cornhole Boards are tough to ship to a few hour timeframe, so I did the honor of delivering them in person. I met Ryan a Few Years Back at the World Series of Beer Pong in Vegas and he had always wanted a set of our Boards, so we had to play at least one game when I delivered them, this is where the fact that you can tailgate pretty much anywhere came up. This was a few Saturdays ago on the Hottest day of the year here in VA, so we found a spot behind backstage at the Wolf Trap Performing Arts Center, which is a National Park (Today is the 100th Anniversary of the National Park Service) and we found a spot in the woods to play some Yardies Polish Horseshoes, grill up some burgers, and Try Out Ryan's New Cornhole Set we made him with some help from the Guys from O-Town.
Check out some of my Pics from the Makeshift Tailgate and Also Download Ryan's New Single, "Whatever Whenever" on iTunes or Whatever Music Service You Use, Whenever you get a chance. Also, Comment Below, where is the Craziest Place You Have Tailgated?
